You won't want to miss the opportunity to experience this brand new collaboration between Villager Cafe and counter/current:collective! Tickets for the staged reading of the psychological thriller, A Number by Caryl Churchill, with coffee and tea drinks and yummy snacks included in ticket price (Beer, wine and other drinks available for purchase), plus show accompaniment by clarinet player Brad Terry.
Set in the near future, A Number follows Salter and his three sons—two of whom are clones of the first—and raises profound questions about the impact of parental choices on personal identity.
This staged reading will tour in intimate venues up and down the coast of Maine. The show features accomplished actor and director Nat Warren-White and counter/current Artistic Director John Jurcheck as father and sons.
