Hi, I'm Courtney, the Founder and Event Guru of The Day-Of, a multi-award winning wedding planning company that ran in Denver for 6 years before relocating to the heart of Idylic Midcoast Maine, in beautiful Downtown Belfast.

I tend to be one part best friend, one part therapist and one part advocate for my couples. I lovingly fight for you to have the best day of your lives, and by the day of your wedding, I get to watch two good friends walk down the aisle.

Plus I get to wear a fanny pack to work. And dance to all your awesome music. And laugh with your uncle. And be with you in this one perfect moment in time.

I also love being the Producing Director of our theatre company, counter/current:collective, starting impromptu dance parties and drinking crazy amounts of green tea.

Partial Wedding Planning

Looking for a wedding that is fresh, fun and totally you? The Day-Of has got your back with our signature Partial Wedding Planning Package for the Midcoast , Coastal and Central Maine weddings and events.

Your Maine wedding planner will start by learning what makes the two of you unique, your style, your budget and more, then we will get to work unlocking our vault of amazing vendor connections, wedding planning secrets and organizational mastery!

From Maine vendor suggestions tailored to you, to budget, etiquette, and decor questions, to tips for out of the box weekend events and awesome vacation rentals, we are there for you!

If you have time to contact vendors, set up your meetings, manage your contracts and budget, then this is the perfect package for you.

We love this package, because it is not our style to limit our relationship with our clients to 4 weeks out. We believe in getting to know you both and being there for you when you need us.

The Day-Of takes a limited number of weddings per year, as well as just one wedding per month to insure a high touch, personal experience with all our clients. We are looking to work with couples who align with our company values and aren't just looking for a day-of coordinator. We put all our love into our planning, and prize each of our couples for their uniqueness, and aim to have that shine out in all we do.

Partial Planning starts at $3,995 for Midcoast Maine weddings.

Weddings outside our local radius require additional travel and lodging fees.

Month-Of Coordination

So you've done all the planning, but you want to enjoy the weeks before your wedding without dealing with all the final details, right? This is the package for you! It's best if you have 2-4 months (or more!) before your big day.

You'll get full-service attention for the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding, beginning with your Detailed Planning Session, where together we'll decide the flow of your wedding and go over all of the details.

Then, The Day-Of will contact all vendors and venues, set up all final payments, and oversee Final Walkthroughs at your venues. We'll also create personalized timelines (for the Venue, the Vendors, the Planners and the Wedding Party) and run your wedding rehearsal. You'll have your planner for 8 hours of wedding day support and coordination, and you can always add additional hours and an assistant planner if we need them.

Month-Of Planning starts at $2,995 for Midcoast Maine weddings

Wedding Planning Consultation

Like having a BFF who is a professional wedding planner! Our lead planner will take an hour to answer any of your wedding planning questions.

From vendors that will fit your style and budget, to suggestions for managing budget and reception layouts, you come with questions, we provide the professional answers! And don't worry about taking notes - we will draft up an email with all the info we discussed so you can successfully continue on your planning journey!

One hour consultations are $250; Couples can have up to 4 consultations.
